Motorola Droid Razr M HD specs leak

Specs for an alleged Motorola Droid Razr M HD have just leaked out and the anonymous source has some interesting details about this 4.5-inch Jelly Bean device with an HD screen.

This rumored Motorola Droid RAZR M HD uses a Snapdragon S4 Plus chip with a 1.5GHz dual-core Krait processor. It seems too good to be true, but the rumor points to a 3,300mAh battery on this RAZR M HD. Take it as just a rumor for now, since there are no images, or any other proof. But it does seem like a device Motorola would be ready to release. I guess we will know soon. Expected specs are below:
